A little ditty about Jack and Dianne…
When the time was right, instead of retiring, I looked for a way to combine my love of driving, operating machinery, meeting new people, and keeping active. The solution: climb into an 18-wheeler doing over-the-road truck driving. In 4 years, I logged over 530,000 miles through 47 states. While on the road with the 18-wheeler, I had numerous conversations with drivers that were towing RV trailers for hire. Every driver seemed to fully enjoy the business, and the life style . . . this intrigued me. Meanwhile, my wife Dianne decided to retire from 25 years in real estate sales. She too wanted to avoid the rocking chair and see the country. Two active people with time on their hands that love people, love to drive, want to see the country and love to make people happy . . . what would we do? It was obvious to us. We combined our interests with our experience and created We-Haul RV Transport. It was time for us to hit the road together towing items that need moving for people who need help moving them. The perfect fit for two active, not ready to retire people. |

My name is Jack Bonniwell. Work has always led me to the open road. As a retail farm equipment dealer, I was excited when it was time to demonstrate, pick up or deliver farm machinery. After that I was fortunate that my work in business software systems design and sales took me on the road throughout the United States and Canada. My transition into the home improvement business “fenced” me within the borders of Minnesota, but still allowed me to travel on the road.
